STUDY GROUP SIGN-UP PROCEDURE
1. Review the list of Study Groups with current openings and new groups.
2. Select the Study Group(s) of interest to you.
3. Complete one "STUDY GROUP REQUEST FORM" for each group you select.
4. Mail the request(s) to the address at the bottom of the print request form
The Study Group Committee will process all requests and will refer the requests to the appropriate leaders.
The Study Group leaders will contact you.
PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE STUDY GROUP LEADERS DIRECTLY REGARDING JOINING THEIR GROUP. WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO FULFILL YOUR REQUESTS. PLEASE ALLOW TIME FOR THIS PROCESS TO TAKE PLACE.

Our Gadabouts (on the Town) group visited the exhibit "I’ll Have What She’s Having:" The Jewish Deli at the Skirball Cultural Center in August, 2022. We had a great docent who helped explain the importance of each of the delis featured. She shared anecdotes of some of the most famous delis featured and encouraged us to do the same. It was great seeing the old menus with their prices. The prices were unbelievable compared to today’s prices. We loved seeing the old photos as well.
While waiting for our docent, we had fun taking pictures dressed as various foods served in delis. |
